Managing emotions can be difficult for many children, but our therapists provide the tools and guidance to make it easier. Here we teach children to recognize early signs of frustration or anxiety, use calming strategies, and express their needs in positive ways. These skills are practiced and

reinforced through everyday routines, helping children gain confidence and independence while strengthening their relationships at home, in school, and with peers.
